| TIGERSUSHI REVIEW |
| More of a nursery rhyme than a classic disco track, Tell
You kicks off on a funky note but gradually shifts into leftfield mode. As
always when Arthur Russell
is behind a track, swerve-driving through pop music, dance and exotic influences
is on the menu. The main hook of the track is a small sax leitmotiv that must
have been sampled quite many times and it also features pleasing piano excentricities.
A tad too messy to remain focused on the dancefloor, "Tell You" is still
quite a charming cut. |
