It means that you can buy the selected track and download it from Tigersushi :

1. Step 1 : Click on the download button
2. Step 2 : Buy the song. All payment transactions are handled by Paypal. You need to have a paypal account to buy the song. Go to https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_registration-run to get a paypal account. This is free and 100% secure. All you need is a credit card.
3. Step 3 : Once the payment process is complete, you'll have a page with a download button. Click on that button and choose "Save as" to download the file on your computer.
4. Step 4 : Once the download is finished, open the file with Windows Media Player. A pop-up window will ask you to get a license to the track. Click on the button.
5. Step 5 : Listen to the song. Now you can burn it on CD or transfer it on a portable player.

IMPORTANT : You'll need Windows Media Player to get a license for the downloaded song and to listen to it.
