Problems with Audio

I DON'T HEAR
ANYTHING!!
1. Be sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player installed on
your computer.
2. Be sure that
the windows media plug-in appear in your browser's plugins folder (if not your
plugin will not start automatically). Usually this folder is located like this
: mydrive/../mybrowser/plugins
3. Turn your volume up (??)
THERE IS TOO MUCH REBUFFERING
1. You may not
have enough bandwith available, check you connection speed.
2. The network is over-crowded, connections are bad.
3. On Macintosh, the problem may be the memory allocation to Windows Media Player,
try allocating more memory via the apple+I menu.
4. You have too many programs running at the same time on your computer compared
to the memory available.
I DON'T SEE THE INFO ABOUT WHAT I HEAR IN THE PLAYER
1. Be sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player installed on
your computer.

If nonetheless you are using one of these browsers, you should try to listen to the basic stream (links on the website).
